This development is strategically positioned in proximity to the future CHU (hospital of Nantes), intending to encompass training and research facilities, a university restaurant, and open parking spaces. Envisioned to accommodate approximately 5,100 students and nearly 700 professionals, comprising instructors, researchers, administrative, and technical staff, the project spans a usable space of 28,000 square meters.

Its overarching objective is to create an integrated region that seamlessly connects to the city while functioning as a hub for care, research, and education.
